Guarantee

Diamonds4Sale.com.au guarantees all merchandise against defects in manufacturing and workmanship. This guarantee does not, however, apply to items subjected to excessive wear, abuse, or physical damage whether accidental or otherwise.

 

Upon acceptance of delivery, the insurance and protection of merchandise becomes the sole responsibility of the customer, and diamonds4sale.com.au shall not be held liable for any loss, theft, or resulting damages that may subsequently occur.

 

Life Time Upgrade Policy

You may upgrade the diamond's purchased at Diamonds4Sale.com.au, at any time during your lifetime. The upgrade diamond or purchase should be at least 20% (twenty percent) more expensive than the original purchase. The full purchase price of the original purchase will be credited to your new purchase once the original purchase has been inspected and varified by an independent and suitably qualified valuer.

 

30-Day Returns Policy:

Diamonds4Sale.com.au offer a 30 day money back guarantee if you are not entirely satisfied with your diamond purchase. Whilst custom made jewellery is excluded from the return policy, the diamond component of the jewellery is included.

 

Merchandise may be returned or exchanged if received within 30 days of date of shipment in original condition, in the original packaging with the security tag intact and where applicable must be accompanied by the original matching or identifying grading report(s), along with the original valuation document. Should the diamond grading reports(s) or warranty document not be included with the merchandise, the customer will be charged a $150 replacement fee for each missing document. Furthermore, all returns must be accompanied by the proof of purchase and original shipping papers.

 

Prior to returning any merchandise, please contact our Customer Service Consultant by calling +61-2-9389 0033, or send us an online Inquiry to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number. This number must be referenced on paperwork accompanying your return, and must be clearly marked on the outside of the shipping package.

 

The RMA number must appear where indicated on the shipping document and written on the outside of the package; please indicate reference for refund or exchange where indicated.

 

All Returns must only be shipped to the address indicated in the RMA instructions. If the return merchandise is returned to any other address other than that indicated, the customer will be charged a $ 50 handling fee.
All returned merchandise will be inspected by Diamonds4Sale.com.au prior to issuance of refunds or exchanges.

 

The full cost of the return item will be refunded, EXCLUDING shipping, handling and insurance costs.
Refunds will be made in the original form of payment.

 

Custom work, special orders (including rings that have been charged an extra charge for sizing), and engraved items cannot be returned unless there is an error on the part of Diamonds4Sale.com.au. Shipping and handling costs will be refunded only when the return is necessary due to Diamonds4Sale.com.au error, or when Diamonds4Sale.com.au has confirmed the merchandise is defective.

 

If the item is defective or not as ordered, the customer has the option of requesting a refund or an exchange for the purchase. Diamonds4Sale.com.au will provide service and repair to any jewelry that it sells. Please contact our Customer Service Consultant if you have any questions concerning repairs or alterations.

 

Diamonds4Sale.com.au will not be responsible for any repairs or alterations made by any outside party without the prior consent of diamonds4sale.com.au. Any alteration made without consent voids any warranties, including the 30 day refund policy. No refunds will be made for any repair work undertaken by a third party. You are responsible for all shipping costs to Diamonds4Sale.com.au , as well as any custom duties or local taxes as they may apply.

 

Returned merchandise must be shipped prepaid (via Australia Post - Registered Delivery), and insured for the full purchase price.
